His background has focused on aligning with customers to understand their business needs, formulating comprehensive strategic plans to address areas of opportunity, then executing with clearly defined desired outcomes.
Previously, Boris worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Sprinklr, where he partnered with top Fortune 500 brands to ensure they were able to leverage the Platform to drive business value and aligned with key stakeholders to increase operational efficiency. While at Sprinklr, Boris worked with customers to build out comprehensive strategies to execute high-impact marketing campaigns through social and other modern channels.
Boris has relevant experience partnering with customers in a wide range of industries, including Finance, Telecom, Consulting, Media, Public Utilities, Healthcare, and more. Throughout his career, Boris has had a passion for being an advocate for his customers, ensuring that he can always be a trusted advisor within the organization.
