Maestro Skills Connector — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Accordion Technologies LLC (“Accordion”, “us” or “we”) handles information processed when you connect the Maestro Skills connector to an MCP-compatible AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT). It supplements the Accordion Privacy Policy; where this policy is silent, that policy applies.

1. Who Operates This Connector?

The Maestro Skills connector (“the connector”) is operated by Accordion Technologies LLC. The connector is a resource server: when you invoke a tool, your AI assistant sends the request to the connector, which calls the Maestro API as you — using your OAuth-authorized session — and returns the result to the assistant. The connector does not maintain a separate persistent store of your business data; it brokers authorized access to the Maestro account you already have.

2. What Information Does the Connector Process?

·      Identity (from OAuth): your Maestro user identifier, tenant or subdomain, client identifier, and the scopes you grant. We never ask for or store your Maestro password — authentication happens directly with Maestro.

·      Tool inputs and outputs: the arguments you (or the assistant on your behalf) pass to a tool, and the Maestro records returned — for example goals, objectives, KPIs, dashboards, initiatives, updates, assessments, company profile, and wiki content for companies you can access.

·      Operational logs: the tool name, timestamp, and success or failure of each call. The connector does not intentionally record tool arguments or results in this operational telemetry.

3. How Do We Use Your Information?

·      To execute the tool actions you invoke and return their results.

·      To operate, secure, debug, and monitor the connector.

·      We do not use connector data to train Maestro models.

·      We do not sell your personal information.

4. Do We Share Your Information?

·      Subprocessors: the connector’s operation relies on Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting, object storage, and secrets management); Heroku, a Salesforce company (application hosting and database); and New Relic (operational logging and monitoring). This list is current as of September 10, 2026; email legal@go-maestro.com for the current list.

·      AI assistant providers: tool results are returned to the assistant (Anthropic or OpenAI) you chose to connect. Those results, including any sensitive business data returned by an authorized tool call, become visible to that provider and are handled under the terms and privacy choices governing your account with that provider, not under this policy alone.

·      We otherwise disclose information only as required by law or with your consent.

5. How Can You Access And Control Your Information?

·      Revoke access at any time from your AI assistant’s connector settings or from Maestro.

·      Access and deletion: you may view, revise, or edit personal information associated with you by logging into Maestro, or request access or deletion by emailing legal@go-maestro.com. We will promptly stop using your information and remove it from our servers upon your request.

6. How We Store, Retain, and Protect Your Information

·      Where: your requests are processed on Maestro’s infrastructure using Heroku (a Salesforce company) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the United States (AWS us-east-1) and, for EU customers, the European Union (AWS eu-west-1). EU customer data is served from a separate EU application stack.

·      Retention: the connector stores no business records at rest. Operational logs are retained for up to 365 days in accordance with Maestro’s log retention policy, after which they are deleted.

·      Encryption: information is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).

·      Access tokens are short-lived and scoped to your account under OAuth 2.1.

7. Children and Sensitive Information

The connector is a business tool and is not directed to children. It exposes only the business data your Maestro permissions already allow; it does not request special categories of personal information.
