Prior to joining Maestro, James worked as a Client Development Manager at Smartsheet. There he helped companies understand the value of collaborative work management software and how it helps visualize and improve complex workflows, processes, and portfolios of projects. James worked with enterprises across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, Manufacturing, and Retail.
James has spent his entire career advising customers on new technologies and ideas, ranging from utilities starting Demand Response programs to hospital campuses completely redesigning their HVAC infrastructure to achieve net zero goals.
