Annie Laughlin is a Customer Success Manager with more than 5 years of experience helping customers implement software across multiple verticals and enabling them to see success. Annie is passionate about helping her customers find the best way to implement new software and processes to ensure that they are seeing value. She works closely with her clients to ensure that we have a mutual definition of success that we are working towards.

Prior to joining Maestro, Annie served as a customer success manager at Drift and Poppulo.

In these roles she learned how to create plans to ensure mutual success with her customers. She has worked with several clients internationally and spanning across several different industries. She also held positions at Integrate and Longfellow Investment Management.

Annie completed her MBA with a concentration in leadership at Bentley University graduating with High Honors. Prior to Bentley, Annie went to Nichols College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her BSBA focusing in Marketing.
